Hello everyone, welcome to our blog! I am Adam Forestier; software developer, rock climber, skier, and traveler
A short introduction to how this adventurous version of myself begin. I was a freshman student at Missouri University of Science and Technology. A student-athlete, and business student with a focus on entering the strategic business consulting field. Health issues and injuries caused my soccer career to come to an early end, forcing me to re-evaluate my life aspirations and to look deep within myself to find what brought joy in my life. I elected to switch academic paths to that of the software engineering field. This led to an opportunity to work as an intern at Boeing in the greater Seattle area. A great opportunity both professionally and personally, I had never even gone farther west than Kansas City prior! Upon my first sight upon snow-capped mountains in Wyoming, I knew my life changed forever. Nothing had ever moved me as those beautiful peaks did. I guess you can say the rest is history.
